Led by Tracy and Jerry Briseńo, BRISEŃO CONSULTING combines experience across corporate and business banking, mortgage lending, residential real estate, financial strategy, project operations and residential design. This multidisciplinary background allows us to approach projects from both the financial and design perspectives.
We work closely with homeowners, investors and developers to bring clarity to the decisions that shape a project- from early planning and financial considerations to design direction and project coordination.
